Michael is an experienced entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in founding and growing medical and biotechnology companies.  He is working to grow Hudson MSO through strategic acquisition of operating healthcare companies.

Patti Boaz

Patti has been in the healthcare field for 25+ years, employed with Hudson MSO, Patti acts as the Employee Liaison.

Anthony G. Demetracopoulos, MBA/JD

Tony has over 40 years of experience as an executive in health administration management in public and private practice sectors, and 35 years as an attorney focused on health law.

Rami Elsabeh

Rami is a Wesleyan University alumnus with a background in neuroscience. He is the Director of Hudson MSO’s Research Department and manages all patient outcome studies.

Matt Fraser

Matthew is an MBA graduate in Healthcare Management with over a decade of experience including both hospital and ambulatory settings. He is versatile healthcare professional who focuses on strategic business growth.

John P. Joyce

John came to Hudson MSO with 22 years of Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Management experience. Currently, he is the Senior Accountant with Hudson MSO and looking to apply all of his experience to achieve our goals. John earned his bachelor’s in Public Accounting from Pace University.

Robert Mariani

Rob is a former certified public accountant and has over 28 years of healthcare finance and operations experience, serving in senior leadership positions in numerous healthcare organizations.

Robert Ostrander

Bobby is the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Hudson MSO. He began working with the company at the age of 17 and worked in various departments including Operations, Billing, and Finance.

Liza Stromberg

Liza is a Stony Brook University Graduate with 10+ years of sales and marketing experience within various disciplines.  Liza is currently the Director of Marketing for Hudson MSO.
